Remember you won't see results immediately. People often overestimate what they can do in a day but underestimate what they can do in weeks or months. Be persistent and hang in there and soon I guarantee you will see results. And that goes for anything and everything

okay sooo .. this workout is actually really good , I’ve been doing is for about 2 weeks and have seen a little bit of growth , my friends tell me it looks super plumped more than like it used to be , my butt was big , the thing is ,I wanted to tone it down and gain more muscle , and it’s been working 😼 , so if you don’t see results it’s okay , they don’t come as quick , it just takes time , mwah I love you beautifuls 💕

!!Doing this for 30 days with Keech waist cinching workout!! ✅ COMPLETED ✅ ------------------ *Starting Waist: 24 inches* *Starting Butt: 86.5 cm (34 inch)* *Ending Waist: 23 inches* *Ending Butt: 88 cm (34.65 inch)* ------------------ Day 1: Not too bad but I could feel the burn. Super excited to start doing this!! Day 5: Still pretty hard for me, stomach is getting flatter Day 10: Way easier now! Seeing a small bit of progress. I also recommend doing these in front of a mirror to check your form! Day 15: Lot a bit of motivation and ALMOST skipped, but I sucked it up and did them today💪! I’ve also added a few different workouts to help my end goal such as heel touches, stomach vacuums, and a bit of weight training. Day 20: Results are showing like crazy! I’ve also been eating a bit healthier (or trying to hehe). Super motivated again 👍 Day 25: Only 5 more days! Might wait a week to let booty grow before doing final comparisons Day 30: Ayyyy last day! I’m gonna wait 5 days till I do comparisons to let my body rest a bit, then i’m gonna start a new workout routine. My butt feels much harder, and I think I gained some muscle weight! Overall very happy with this workout and would recommend it with a bit of weight training to help build muscle! Final Update: Overall super happy! I love my body way more now, and I definitely recommend this workout, but the key is to stay determined and do it every day no matter what! I wish you all a successful journey

I have been doing this as the actual workout and i can highly recommend it. I've got a bigger,stronger and rounder booty. I do it 3 times a week and i just add 50 secs sumo squat pulses and knee squats instead of frog kicks and starfishes because i cannot do it lol.

Day 1: I was shaking so much but it felt kinda good✅️ Day 2: done!✅️ Day 3: I can kinda see a little results!!✅️ Day 4: didn't do it today because I was tired from school❌️ Day 5: Done !! буду делать эти упражнения 14 дней вместе с упражнениями на талию. День 1:✅️ это было очень тяжело, но я смогла день2:✅️ было невыносимо тяжело, понадобилось больше перерывов чем положено. но я сделала это, самое главное в процессе думать о том, зачем ты это делаешь, и это будет тебя мотивировать. ну а я жду третий день) День 3:✅️ это все равно было тяжело, и да я делаю все по одному подходу в день, так как очень мало свободного времени, но надеюсь результаты будут) Спустя 9 месяцев я вернулась, и думаю, что начну все заново, эту тренировку я буду совмещать ещё с одной. День 1: ✅️❌️ сделала только пол тренировки, на большее к сожалению не хватило сил, завтра надеюсь выполню всю тренировку)

Doing an update (hopefully) each day to see any results💗 Day 1: Slightly out of breath, butt feels fine no difference🤷♀ UPDATE: so I didn't realize it's been over 7 MONTHS now cause I completely forgot about this workout, Ive been really really busy w other stuff & my varsity sports so I stopped this glutes workout. BUTTTT If u really want results, just be consistent with this workout and make longer sets everyday.

Doing this for 2 weeks (with actual updates and results): Day 1: ✅skipped 2 execrises but so far so good. (Started a day early) Day 2:✅ skipped the same 2 execrises where you have to lift your legs when laying on your stomach. The burning is a little better than yesterday. Don't see anything yet 🥲. Day 3:❌skipped this day because my butt was sore 😅 but when I looked in the mirror I saw a longer line for my butt Crack. Since I have a squareish butt and my butt is more down, I think I'm building muscle on the upper part of my butt! Day 4:✅ The pain got worst, maybe because I skipped a day. But I kept on going. If I can do this, YOU CAN DO THIS AS WELL! (ALSO I DID ONE OF THE EXECRISES I WAS STRUGGLING WITH, I JUST NEED TO DO THE OTHER ONE NOW!!) 😊

Actually gonna do it for 2 weeks: Info: I didn’t change anything in my eating habits specifically for this, I mostly eat carbs and I try to eat fruits and veggies everyday(kale, collards, etc) I only drink water too, I also do waist/ab exercises and I have a fast metabolism and am naturally skinny Day 1 - burned a bit but butt workouts are easier for me than any other workouts, got really tired and hot cats though Day 2 - I’ve been busy so I haven’t been able to workout but today I did it and it burned a lot at first because I used resistance bands but so far I guess I’ve seen a small difference but I haven’t looked in the mirror too much (also I did this at which is hopefully gonna help me sleep and I do a butt workout after this too) Day 3 - burn was a little harder in the beginning but I kept pushing this is my butt workout btw I didn’t use it as an activation this time Day 4 - so hard, my stomach felt a bit full and bloated and I felt an intense burn, it was hard to keep going because it was HOT too (in California btw) but I spray water everywhere and kept pushing with fans of course

doing this for 25 day! day one: I was sweating and my muscles hurt a lot even though I exercise every day... day two: It was harder than yesterday,I was sweating again and my butt is on 🔥... day three: Didn't do it bcs it was a rest day day four: I did it twice,and my butt hurts so much. day five: it's much easier and I can see some process in the butt.. day six: I see it and it's easier

doing this :) + daisy keech waist workout day 1 - much easier than the other workouts I tried before but I do feel a burn (I feel like I did some of these exercises wrong lolll) day 2 - i didn’t do it day 3 - it was even easier since i did last time and my left bum hurt a lot the next day day 4 - my entire butt hurt but it was easy to do day 5 - 8- i didn’t do it day 9 - don’t see a lot of results obviously because i didn’t do it as much as i was supposed to but i’m doing only Glute Bridges now since they help the most to grow my butt!

Doing it for a month and if it actually works i’ll keep doing it. Update: Day 1: ✅ did if 2 times, my legs burnt like crazy . Day 2: ✅ did it 2 times Day 3: ❌ i was busy Day 4: ✅ did it 4 times , burnt so much Day 5: ✅ did it 2 times Day 6: ✅ did it 2 times Day 7: ✅ did it 1 time Day 8: ✅ did it 2 times Day 9: ✅ did it 2 times Day 10:✅ did it 2 times Day 11: ✅ did it 1 times Day 12: ✅ did it 2 times Day 13: ✅ did it 2 times Day 14: ❌ I do see results. My butt is more in shape but i still haven’t seen new progress since my day 7. From day 7 to day 14 there is only A LITTLE bit of a change but still im convinced that this works so i really recommend it. Im gonna keep doing it till day 30 and if i see more changes im gonna continue. Im gonna update yall ❤ Day 15 : ✅ did it 2 times

Day 1: it was ok since I worked out in the past but my legs where tired Day 2: it was a.bit the same but it seemed to gotten a bit easy Day 3: I think I'm getting the hang of it but I still take a few breaks . I kinda forgot but I went on a trip that lasted a week but I am back. Day 4: it was a bit hard but I kept going. Day 5: I think I'm getting the hang of it again I just think I need to stretch more because in some excersices I feel a cramp coming. Day 6: i feel like it got easier for some reason and i didnt took breaks at all I also like this because it works my lower body and i love it. Day 7: I feel fine but then feel like I'm not seeing results no more? Not sure but I will still keep going. Day 8: it was not bad I liked it today. Day 9: I ahvent came here for 6 days because I started going on runs and didn't have time but today I didn't run so I'm her again and this time it felt nice I didn't took any rest. Day 10: i went on a run and wasn't tired so i did this again and i feel my legs are getting tired and felt the burn it was good today. Day 11: I took no breaks at all and it wasn't bad at all it was surprisingly good today. Day 12: it was good I think am getting more use to it. I do feel my legs a bit tired but I know it will show good results. Day 13: it wasn't bad today but I also do other workouts and when I did this one my legs where tired and I do feel the numbness on my booty Day 14: I got the hang of it I keep going without taking breaks and I do see results but will still keep going.
