This video are perfectly done to my liking because the timer along with the examples help so that I can do without guessing. I watch others leave out important key points as to exactly how many reps and think 🤔guess NOT, guess NOT, guess NOT. But these I hope are going to work so I can continue to work on my JLO 61 year old gone to east & west god blessed old with hope thats never too late bumper.

I can’t remember the name of the first song, sorryyyy!! But the second one is called Nature is my Hood and the last one The Dark by WEARETHEGOOD. You can use app called Shazam and it will listen to the song and finds the name for you ❤️❤️🥰 it finds any song ☺️
