not trying to be rude but type of comment is so wrong. Every job you do will burn, it depends on how long you do it and the goal you seek. If you want to know, you should buy a watch that monitors your training cause it is not the same for everyone.

This is a fitness channel and the main point of my comment was about providing approximation and estimates for those who don't owe an Apple Watch or other specific trackers. Normally, Eleni puts it in a description below the video; however, it was absent this time. There are people in this world who do not revolve their lives around the Apple Watch but still appreciate general info about energy expenditure. Sorry, this comment triggered you. I am aware the number of calories you burn varies from person to person, but again the original question aimed to seek general guidelines. I hope this clearer now.
