Getting a close to factory seal on Mylar bags

Getting a close to factory seal on Mylar bags. I work by myself a lot and trying to get a good seal on 5 gallon Mylar bags can be a challenge. This method works well and gives good results. The dowels are held together with a piece of rubber hose a a brad nail. I used a 2x4 to make it easier to get the seal up off the table for easier sealing.
