What is it you're feeding them? Is it artificial food? Is it healthier for them than crickets or super worms? I have 5 whites.

Those are dubia roaches dusted in vitamin powder. I was told they’re slightly better for frogs than crickets (less risk of impaction), but that the most important thing is variety in their diet.
