As an Indian , it makes me immensely proud of the fact that our people are so welcoming and friendly . Noraly , a sheer stranger to locals , gets invited to witness a marriage party after she bumped into them on her way to Zangla. Goodness is aplenty and one gets to reaffirm one’s faith in the true human spirit. Loved the local hospitality for Noraly, many salutes to hosts. As for the rider in Itchy Boots , she has the charisma to connect to the people. And for the ride she recorded today , it is as she said - one of the best places to adventure . Super duper presentation too. Wonderful vlog … enjoyed it so much , alas it was only too short.

The news this week has been about two brutally horrendous wars, the uncontrolled drugs and violent crime problem going on coast-to-coast here in America. Just as I was about to lose all hope for humanity, Noraly posted the absolute BEST video that she has ever produced. The beauty of Indian food, culture, country, religion, and the people themselves leads me to think that India holds the secret to happiness that we’re all craving right now. You showed me places and people and a lovely culture that I didn’t know existed, and I’m extremely grateful for it. I have nothing but love for Noraly, her fans, and most of all, our Indian friends.

I'm from Serbia, and I can say that this resembles a lot of Serbian weddings 🙂. In rural areas it is not uncommon that the people meet a random person in the street and just be like: "Hey, my son/daughter is getting married on Sunday, would you like to come?". In the town from which I come from, there are also a couple of persons with big notebooks, who record which guest/family brought what present (or how much money). We also have a custom that the best man comes out of the church after the wedding, starts throwing money, and the kids start gathering it. And we also drink a lot 🤣. Awesome video, I really enjoyed watching it. Keep 'em coming! 🙂🏍

What an endearing moment to experience such a beautiful marriage…only to happen to Itchy Boots. And the fact that they have a You Tube video of the event has to be just as special to them. What an absolute gorgeous ride through the mountains. I keep saying it, but I’m so glad you chose to continue your Indian adventure while on break from Africa! Outstanding video, Noraly!

Noraly, you never disappoint. To get invited to that wedding was marvelous! What a kind, hospitable people. The fact that they all spoke English makes me shamed of myself. And that landscape, so rugged and spectacular. This was a breath of fresh air when we see so much violence and hatred all around us. Thanks so much for letting us tag along!

Amazing scenery! The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) does really amazing work in these remote areas. Btw, the workers you see in the road crews are mostly migrant workers from the Indian state of Jharkhand. Hats off to these hard working people...

Not sure exactly how many years I have been watching your program but it is fascinating how much history and geography I have learned. This I believe could be the future element of our educational resources in North America. I'm retired and often restricted to an apartment because of mobility issues. It's astounding how your videos and the presentation pick up my spirits. Loved that you stopped in at the wedding. What an incredible piece of video. Glad you didn't rush through to the next high pass. Thank you for everything and it is certainly my intention to keep up this viewing.

I've traveled quite a bit. Residents of all villages in non-rich countries are like this. They are genuinely happy to see the guest and will do everything to make the guest feel good. This is wonderful and touching! P.S. When a villager says, “It's completely organic,” I can't help but smile.
@evilandrew109711 ай бұрын
Who said to you india is a non rich country? , in equality exists which makes us beleive its a poor nation but let me tell it indeed has immense wealth, it just has to distribute it equally . In conclusion its a rich country with poor people although poverty has reduced from 55% to 19% within a decade

This video was so beautiful Noraly, thank you. A wedding party is an expensive undertaking for a family to gather people to witness this sacred contract of marriage. It looked like the bride's family had about 300 people to this wedding. A substantial wedding indeed but little did they know that by inviting Noraly to their wedding it has been witnessed by over a quarter of a million people and soon to be many more. Truly, an auspicious start to the bride and groom's betrothal.

Wow! What an incredibly beautiful part of the world. The wedding party was beautiful. Wonderful people with obviously strong traditional family values and tremendous community spirit. They truly showed their love by inviting you to the wedding and asking you to stay. It is so refreshing to know there are still great places like this untained by the hatred and mayhem in a large pert of the world right now. Thank you Noraly for bringing joy to our lives!❤

I am stunned by the beauty of Zanskar! "Beauty" is putting it mildly, and it will live in my visual memory for a long time without even setting foot there. The people in the valley were so sweet and welcoming, what a treat to see a wedding there. It rivals any royal wedding I've seen on television! Big thank you to Noraly for showing us these wonders.💖

I've said when Noraly is happy I am happy. Seeing something so incredibly magnificent turned on the eye faucets. Then the randomness of the amazing wedding! Noraly's character makes people want her to join them in their private ceremony. Then hearing the joy in Noraly's voice coming down the mountain saying a heartfelt hi to all the workers. The bar has been raised yet again! This is why we watch, uplifting, inspiring, educational, lessons in culture and humility. This has to brighten the darkest day for so many. Noraly continues to shine a light brighter than anyone. Thank you Noraly. God Bless you. Peace! ❤❤❤
