I should carry all five apologies in my key-ring. Thank you for your awesome speech!

I would have liked to have seen a sample or two of how all 5 apologies can be applied at once.

Nobody is talking about making restitution. We need to bring our relationships out of deficit. This comes before we can even get to "unconditional giving" (as is necessary in all relationship) because we are in deficit and need to restore by giving whatever is needed to do that. THEN we can get back to the every-day business of giving in our relationships. Who knows how to restore the harm (or damage) they caused?

I’ve just been given an ifpology and it’s lead me here. So insincere. Definitely made things worse

The mindfulness book "30 Days to Stop Apologizing" by Harper Daniels is helpful.
