Hey love your videos. Question about the WE40. Would you be able to sharpen small pocket knives as well as a 10-in chef knife? This sounds exactly that my ally and what I need. Also any extra stones that you might recommend for sharp kitchen knives with this product. Thanks for your help in advance

Yes! You can sharpen small knives as well as large kitchen blades. Their 2200/3000 grit stones would be a great add-on.
