The plaintiff claims the defendant, her former roommate, asked her to have sex with him. She declined, and the guy moved multiple people into the apartment, including his mentally ill mother. Things got so bad the plaintiff had to move out. The defendant gave the plaintiff a check for the security deposit, but it bounced, so the plaintiff is suing him for the money she’s owed. So I just have to say, that just because someone chooses to walk around in clothes that appear provocative doesn't give another person the right to come on to them and ask for sexual favors. I mean it doesn't make what she did ok but she shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable in her own skin

I don't understand Americans obsession with nudity and that still in this day and age they are using 1910 vocabulary like "promiscuous" about HER as HE is the one actually proposing sex and pushing for any such activity. What she does in a room she's renting is her prerogative. It's not "provocative" to have a bra and underwear, that's like a bikini on the beach, she didn't exactly sit and masturbate in the the living room for others to see, THAT could have been "provocative" maybe, and I'm sure he walked around the same at times after shower but Americans have an obsession with women's nipples acting like they don't have nipples themselves, yet it's all about her and unfortunately she has no choice than to agree to the judge to show "good judgement and character" in that nude obsessed culture, and it's disappointing the judge is calling it "prancing around" like she's suggesting that it's wrong to be proud of your body when it's not entirely covered.

She should not be allowed to walk around in the house with a bra and panties in a shared space the same way he should not be allowed. She would complain about being uncomfortable still if he was walking around half naked. There is a reason women wear clothes around men.
