The plaintiff says the defendant is the father of his girlfriend’s toddler. He claims the maniac defendant had him falsely arrested on gun charges, so he’s suing for all the money he’s out. The defendant insists the plaintiff did pull a gun on him. He’s countersuing for pain and suffering.

Baby mama is keeping things going with the defendant and is enjoying the drama, and the defendant is acting jealous and picking fights BECAUSE the Baby mama is still emotionally or physically involved with him on the DL. Plantiff needs to get out while he still can.

I was just thinking that exact thing when I read this. But I’m pretty sure he was in the right on this case and she allowed it. JM is kinda unpredictable, she looked tired here lol.
