Great video George! Just love the Aquascaper 1200! i have followed through the journey and to see how amazing it has turned out is a great accomplishment! Love the cinematic videos you put up, they really set the ambiance. Tough time right now but it always a pleasure to see your work, watch and listen to the many videos you have done. I started aquascaping over a year now and i have been inspired by your work since day one when i had the idea of getting into aguascaping. I THANK YOU for that! Be safe and be healthy my friend.

As an aspie (look up aspergers syndrum if curious) and with anxiety and depression i completely agree that aquariums are relaxing and peaceful when life gets ontop of you, its relaxing to remember that both in your tank and out there in nature there are just shrimp grazing away on algee, fish just happily swiming along in currents, water, everywhere just flowing, the peacefulness and serenity of it all is unparalelled. Love your videos, thank you 👍

Hi George, you mentioned often the therapeutic effects of taking care if your tank. I could not agree more with you, as a doctor in these busy times working on my tank when I’m home takes off a lot of pressure and creates a sense of calmness. I was thinking of using a reverse osmotic water system. Have you done a video of this in the passed? Our water is moderately hard with 66.8mg/l calcium. I use TNC complete as my fertiliser, would I need to use something else besides this eg. a mineral supplement? If so what would you recommend me? Many thanks Michael
@GeorgeFarmerStudios4 жыл бұрын
Hi Michael, firstly thank you for the comments. I’m pleased to hear you can use this wonderful hobby to help relax after what must be a particularly stressful time. I don’t personally use RO water. Even with my hard water I find that if I stick to easier plants and provide good CO2, light and nutrients then they do well. If you do decide to use it you will need to re-mineralise. Seachem Equilibrium has a good reputation. Then add your TNC as appropriate. All the best and I hope you can stay well during this challenging time.
