I just went to Galaxy’s Edge and built my own lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop. It is a very fun experience and totally worth the price

I just went last week to Savi's workshop to build my lightsaber, totally worth it. I now have a really nice lightsaber along with memories of an awesome experience. They have the black bag for it again, it is padded with foam rubber to protect the saber and a strap that made it easy and comfortable to carry around the park fir the rest of the day.

I visited the Starcruiser on May 4th, 2023 and decided against getting the lightsaber... The next week they announced the closing of the Halcyon experience, so of course I had to have one and managed to obtain one from a smuggler that was going there on a trip. I'm over protective of it at this point! Thanks for the insightful review!

When it comes to the customisation with the letters, I can totally see them falling of or being knocked off and lost, even at home, so unless it's in my display cabinet I wouldn't put it on the lightsaber. The fact that they don't give you few sets is a bit ridiculous. Not to mention that it's barely customisation. I agree etching the letters in would have been a better way of doing it.

That's a beautiful hilt. I like that saber,if the jedi and lightsaber construction were real I think my saber would probably look like this hilt. Very unique looking hilt. Awesome review and I just subscribed to your channel...I had to, you have awesome videos/reviews.

My legacy Luke Skywalker saber is having issues now. Makes the sounds but doesn’t light up. I think I might go with a saberforge or other brand next time.

Try q lgt reseller like dark wolf good sabers at affordable prices or if ur uk based id recommend es sabers they have a channel if u wanna check em out

Did you try checking the insides of the blade? Mine did that too and the blade was the problem.

Just gonna say, that's the most generic looking lightsaber Ive ever seen. Seriously for the amount of scratch you're paying just to get on the damn Starcruiser you should be able to get something cooler looking that that. Looks like someone took a flashlight, slapped some buttons on it and called it a day.

@@Luministrus Most of us know how the original lightsabers were made and what they were made from, but we're past that. For around 3K a ticket for the star cruiser and the fact they're owned by billion dollar titan Disney, they could have really got in a think tank and came up with something more appealing and very unique.

So not only do I have to pay 5000 dollars to get into the hotel, I have to pay an extra 170 for the lightsaber with cheaply made plastic buttons that somehow up the price tag 20 dollars? That's a no from me.

I like the design of it, but those Legacy Sabers are just to bulky in my opinion, it be like holding a baseball bat from the batting part of it and not the grip part of it.

That’s how bulky they actually are in Star Wars, but they are much heavier than toy lightsabers, even though that’s accurate as well.

Legacy sabers from Galaxy's edge are probably going to be brighter, but independent, non-licensed sabers are going to give you the best quality. If you want screen accuracy and the license matters to you, go with the Legacy sabers.

@@brendobaggins In my personal opinion, Saberforge. Very good looking hilts, and really good prices, especially if you go with the ECO line. Those sabers are much more affordable but still feature-rich.

The on screen sabers that grievous has in Episode III are actually just a bunch of Anakin and Obi Wan hilts along with other Jedi hilts from the movies. They didn’t actually have dedicated lightsabers to model for grevious in the movie considering they only appear on screen for less than a minute
