After watching and rewatching your videos on this model, my GG-B100Y-1A arrived today. I'm delighted with it and I'd like to say a personal thank you to you. Your detailed reviews and tutorials reassured me I was making a good choice. I have a visual disability and the analogue display makes life easier for me, even the negative display is manageable which I can't say for my son's Casioak. Primo tutorial! I also love the fly back function that casios have instead of toggling through all the modes. Very handy function to have. I was a bit sceptical about this watch at first but I'm glad I made the purchase. Great watch even without the tough solar.

Just got the British MOD version of this from Japan but no instructions were Included thank you for this. I find g shocks overly complicated to set up and use most functions I can’t remember any of this stuff but appreciate the setup info. No idea how you can keep all this straight pretty amazed

Noway I didnt know you could clear the timer to all zeros. It's factory reset default is 10 mins. but I hardly use one so if I clear that it'll be a sheener piece of machinery. lol. I usually clear the REC every morning when I adjust the for altimeter. Thanks for keeping me going I have worn this watch for about 3 years!

Great watch I'm coming up to having this 3 years and it's my daily driver. A gift from my daughter as an Xmas present. It's practically bulletproof and I've just replaced the battery on it which is easy to do also.

@@craigg6951 Mine has been my daily driver since it arrived. Great watch. I have an old, digital-only Pathfinder (before that line was rebranded to ProTrek), but I wanted all that, plus a step counter, plus an exceptional light or lume, and this checked all the boxes. As you know, the light is crazy bright; I love it! The lume on the hands and indexes doesn't stand up to my Seiko with Lumibrite, but it has the super bright LED illuminator to make up for that. Overall, it's a great watch! I tend to like larger watches (8" wrist), so this beast is perfect. The only thing is the strap. I found it to be uncomfortable. So, I got some adapters from JaysAndKays. Now I can run whatever strap or bracelet I want. It's much better on a NATO, but I currently have it on a 2-piece Velcro that is exceptionally comfy.

Andrea Gargano IMO I believe you would be able to wear it. Its not that heavy neither. Just return the watch if it doesn’t fit. Most watches are returnable. It took me a couple days of sunlight to get it fully charged but depends on the battery life you get with the watch. I believe The battery will last six months without any exposure to light fully charged. Double check on the website though. I say get it. One of my favorite watches next to sinn u2 & rolex deep sea. U wont regret it

I have had my GGB100 for just over 2y and just replaced the battery after the watch was gone into recoverer mode and then the low battery indicator came on I didn’t replace my self I paid a little bit more and now have a free battery replacement for the life of the watch. The person who changed it didn’t now how to set the timer I told them no problem I will do it myself after setting to the app on my phone I at reset the hands all I like have the barometer graph on the extended screen which you have to reset it the app with the other screens you want to be shown
