Finally - this made me unbox my pilates bar I bought over a month ago!!! Though it's a cheapie from kmart and doesn't twirl around the bar for resistance 🙄 I think I've managed to improvise for the moment until I get more confident with the exercises. Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for to do at home!

I use a pilates bar with 3 bands on either side that can be adjusted for tension, in addition to me finagling a rotattion around the stick when convenient. I LOVE using it for this workout. I come back to it regularly. Well done!

This was a fantatsic work out !!!!! Love how it was full body. It was my first time so I was pretty slow with getting the Wraps on my stick and equally awkward transitioning to a new position. But I loved the versatility of it and that even for women it worked our upper body! I would recommend

Thank you for your feedback! We used the original Gymstick for our videos, made in Europe. You can buy substitute brands wherever you are if you can’t order the original ones.

cynthia griffin ohh nice, we are in Perth Australia, we can ship to Australia but unfortunately not overseas. I know Gymstick is originally from Finland, maybe try purchasing directly on their website. Otherwise you can search for pilates stick on eBay or amazon. Hope this helps x
