totally hope I find this on my warcry barb while leveling. will want tele for moving around and the decrep will be great for breaking phys immunes after they initially get stunned by warcry

I think you can just shop for a staff with more teleport charges or try to get lucky with finding teleport amulet

Telestomping with Spellsteel got me thru Hardcore Hell ladder as Summoner Druid. Adding Holy Bolt/Firestorm to give you something to do with left-click NOT recommended. It ended up dropping from Nightmare Baal for me.

Charges need to be changed to replenish over time. The repair costs can get out of hand.

11:36 OK this axe is for me at least for those barbs or physical dmg characters Who can't break physical immune monsters like moon knights or harpies, specialy the barb, only for those spells and skills , decrepify teleport and faster cast rate wich specialy barb don't have any, good spells to deal with physical immune monsters.

This thing sucks on a barb, just use a real weapon with Berserk. Even Teleport is almost useless for barbs who already have Leap Attack and WW (to cut through crowds).

A lot of eth items are actually extremely useful I wouldn't toss them all by default. Cuz mercenaries do not burn durability they can use eth items. Also very specific eth items can be used with zod rune

very odd item. It gives you the mana any Sorc would need to cast and Regeneration. I'm sure they tried to design this so any character could find some use for it. Would a werewolf be able to use this on lvl casting Teleport shaped in?

People here are calling this a useful item, but it's awful. Honestly it sucks! I don't even see people in Nightmare games using this. Its damage is too weak, it takes up 2 hands and costs too much to replenish. It's fun messing around with it and wasting the charges but I usually don't even pick it up. I know this is already pretty ranty, but what class would even use this? Pallies are hobbled without a shield, Zons cast slowly and don't specialize in axes, Sorcs have better skill-based 2-handed melee weapons, Barbs already have good mobility and can just Berserk physical-immunes with a real axe, Druids might get some use but only Elementals (wereform can't teleport!) and this has no +skills....maybe a weapon-switch on an Assassin?? Why bother though? This weapon is a whole big pile of "why bother?". I like what they tried to do but maybe level1 oskills would make more sense, or at least give it hefty gold find!

The same people that use a teleport staff obviously. Teleport staffs are extremely useful, this is a teleport staff with decrepify charges. Which could be used to lock down Baal, or any other number of monsters and break physical immunity.

This is an excellent SWAP weapon, not a good main weapon. E.g., teleport in then switch to your main weapon and rekt 'em, or decrep them swap to main and then rekt 'em.

Even before version 1.10 there was too many stupid uniques but after 1.10 the runewords made so many uniques just completely useless.

Very few unique items are completely useless, they are just useless to you and your specific build. Most uniques have very specific and good uses. There are useless uniques I did a video on them recently.
