Slap on kelpie snare. Other bosses can still get off attacks, but Baal literally cannot do anything once slowed to a certain amount.

To be honest i hope they someday do a patch that overall all uniques and removes any "Attacker takes X damage" from them and replaces it whit anything else, it's a dead stat that helps nobody.

I don't know if it's a dead stat just that it never was high enough to be usable. Attacker takes damage of 200 is nothing. It's physical damage most monsters have 50% physical resistance in hell so 200 is really 100. This is where attacker takes damage fails in my eyes. It's just never enough to be useful
