It could also be something called post nasal drip. After you get a cold you can often have a cough that hangs around for weeks and even months. I don't think it's terribly dangerous but it's ANNOYING. My husband gets it after almost every cold he gets, he is usually prescribed a steroid spray.

It sounds to me like a dry asthmatic type cough. Probably exacerbated by the cold and allergies. Go to your doctors, get sorted with an inhaler or whatever and wear a mask when you go into these places and I mean a proper mask, not a cheap one!!

There was salon here in the middle of Illinois with the Japanese name "Ippatsu," which *can* mean "a strand of hair" when written with two specific characters. It wasn't. The ones they used meant "a single shot (from a gun)," which is a euphemism for a one night stand. It's not like a lot of people around here would get it, but still... My personal favorite business name was a chimney cleaning service I once saw called Ash Wipes.

Dunno bout him, but my method when i dismantled the assets of a firm we took over was to keep a small notebook that i split in the major sectors you'd find in a defunct firm. So electronics, office supplies, furniture etc. Worked really well as i made my way through either listing the items for sale or straight pick-up no charge. And that was years ago, almost a decade when in Europe we didn't have as many Craig's List like websites to advertise for "hey pick this up or buy this thing" kinda deals. In short, be organized on paper (or memory, to each their own) and you'll go through any mess, large or small.

I did not know that you had so many doctors on your channel that are giving you a diagnosis without examining you! A cough could mean a few things or nothing to be concerned about. Better to be safe than sorry and see a physician!

yes doctor, as you apparently are, as all the others aren't. Actually just sounds from his nasal sound he has a cold.

Yes, I found myself echoing Alex's cough reflexively as the phantom smell wafted up at me! Almost like we can "see" the red flags of dangerous spores present before we register actually seeing it...

Please get that cough checked! I had a lingering cough for months which turned out to be walking pneumonia. And for a few weeks the drs had me scared it was lung cancer. Thankfully, it was just pneumonia! :)

Doctors love to put the fear of God in you it's their way of getting back at you for waiting so long to come see them that way you will go right away when you start feeling sick. Not to scare you but l had a friend die from walking pneumonia and what's strange is she had seen a doctor 3 weeks before she died and they said she was healthy.

@@newtoublue1451 I've had it before was very sick for 21 days and lost 20 pounds. Not fun at all being that sick. My mom died of lung cancer and never smoked a day on her life but married to my dad for 32 years that smoked 3 packs of Chesterfield kings a day his fifth heart attack killed him almost 20 years apart. Mom died July 18 1979 and he died July 12 1999 and his birthday was the 15th he would've been 76 mom was only 54 years old. They even removed half her right lung trying to save her. I've worked around Asbestos and mold before and it's nothing to be messed with you need to wear proper gear. Several of my friends dads that were in construction died because of all the espestice they used to handle and it got into their lungs. Even mold is deadly they have what they call black mold but any large amount of any kind of mold can make you very sick. Not only the coughing and sneezing but also headaches and dizziness and now they're saying it can also cause depression due to what it's doing to your brain cells. They've had a lot of programs on lately about the mold problems and I never knew it could cause that much damage to your human body to the point of even death. I keep telling Alex to get proper gear to be around all that stuff. I can't believe they weren't wearing gloves touching some of that stuff and neither one wearing any kind of mask.

I am so sorry. Your Mother must have had more suseptability to the smoke. Asbestos does kill. Not something to mess around with. Mold too. Alex learned alot from that reno job but I guess he thought a old store would not be so lethal. I so hope he doesn't do more hoarder homes.

Hello Grecian lady! Ibwould so love to go there. I look at the terrain and wonder why people try to survive tho. It is so arid rocky and has no forest or farm. I guess0 it's only fishing and tourists that keep it going.
