hey just so u know the suppressor and silencer are actually to very different things! suppressors are noise dampening devices designed to reduce noice without much of a range or velocity penalty. they are lighter as well. Silencers reduce the noise almost entirely and are more cumbersome beasts that decrease velocity and range to a greater extent, they are rarely used on anything but sniper rifles.

No, they're different names for the same thing. Suppressors slow the gases from firing by, usually, using a set of baffles. They also reduce velocity, which can be necessary when the ammo is supersonic and needs to be slowed. They are often refereed to as silencers, although no suppressor can ever be totally silent. The term silencer came from the first suppressors designed by Maxim - he marketed them as silencers, and the name stuck, even if it's inaccurate.

Who cares lol, the time to kill in this game is stupendously fast. It makes MW3 feel like Black Ops 2 by comparison. Combine that with how gigantic the maps are, and with pistols, you have a weapon that's pretty much useless, unless one plans to stay in the enclosed areas - which will limit their effectiveness as a player or objective hunter

why does the muzzle brake increase range? in real life they are made to simply redirect recoil or manage it at the expense of a louder noise and a bigger muzzle flash.

Dropshotting doesn't work anymore because it feels like the time between crouching and prone is a lot slower in this game. Is that correct, Drift0r?

Drift0r could you explain how the satcom works, as far as I know it doesn't work inside(unless there is an open roof). Also could you test how multiple satcoms stack?

I tried the Tact Knife on this pistol.... Man it is not worth the squad points. Out of anything it makes it harder to get a melee kill. Drif0r has a valid point barrel/muzzle attachments are definitely more useful.

I will support this Channel wherever it goes and I will never dislike a video as I have a ton of respect for Drift0r. However, I find myself craving more non-COD material. BF4 and several to-be-released games are VISUALLY more appealing than Ghosts (I'm not saying they are more/less fun to play; just to watch). I'm not a BF4 fanboy -I played MW2, BO, MW3 and BO2 a LOT, but I find Drift0r's other gameplays more entertaining. Sorry for the gigantic comment. :)

Which is just not something good for this game, the maps are too big and over thought, Blops 2 honestly did Pistols right, they just had such small maps that they appeared "OP." To be quite honest, I give this game half a year before it honestly loses its touch compared to MW2 and Blops 2. Also, that whole "Pistols are supposed to be weaker" crap is stupid, pistols shouldn't be weaker, they should be on par with other guns in the game. Otherwise they just get thrown out and unused as anything other than a joke.
