I’ve been subscribed to your channel for some time now, and as you I’m a Bow Hunter and love the outdoors. I really appreciate what you just did in this video. You became humble and prayed and realized the reasons why we can do what we love as hunters. God is the creator of this world and He made the creation for His Glory but all along while He was creating the universe He thought of us and knew we would love doing this. I’m a Holiness Preacher and I sincerely thank you for praying and letting people hear you and see you pray. That really meant a lot to me and made me like your channel more than I did when I first started watching your videos. Prayer is what we need in this world. Thank you Buddy and good luck this season. I have lived the hustle, bustle, traffic, and crowds of Hot'lanta twice, once in 2000 to 2003 & also in 2013 too and been in traffic on I-20 East too many times to count... I lived in the Jersey/Social Circle area for a few years. I have some crazy stories about the city deer to in Rockdale County. In 2001, on a piece of land about 50 acres I hunted a truly giant, tight spread, super tall, with roughly 25 points total, that would have grossed @ at LEAST 180-190+B&C as a non-typical. He literally looked like he had a brush pile on his head... I could have shot at 120 yards during Muzzleloader and one more at 180yards that time during rifle season... But he just seemed to always show up at 10 a.m. on a Saturday and seriously would ALWAYS keep a kids pee-wee football game in the background @ 150 yards behind him while I just watched as he rubbed and made his scrapes. I could hear cheers in the background where they were playing kiddie football games on those 2 Saturdays and I couldn't bring myself to shoot that way, in the direction towards the south, even from an elevated position because of the way the land laid it was just open all the way except for one line of thick trees and everywhere else I tried to get him from the wind wouldn't get right. He had a neighborhood on the Northern side, and the railroad tracks, a casket liner company, & Interstate 20 behind him to the South, and the park/field was to the west. the eastern side was all roads and houses close together. Just no way to sneak up on him it was so thick where he lived that even with a ghillie suit on crawling on your belly in the rain he would see you before you saw him. Called him Brushy Bill and don't know what ever became of the buck...

Next time you get one gobbling try moving back from him to imitate the hen trying to leave and that can make the long beard want to come in. But if you have one person calling like in this video then only the caller should move back so the turkey walks right in to the person with the gun or bow. This worked for me this past season, shot my first bird doing this.

Joseph tro Thanks, you’re right a lot of people remove their hats while praying! We’re more concerned about the truth of Jesus being our savior and having a personal relationship with him, rather than “traditions” of religion.

Yeah I agree with the hats being removed and things but really I’m just thankful that he just prayed because you hardly ever see hunters pray and thank God for the things we’re blessed with. Soon as I saw that I caught it to but I’m glad he prayed. I agree totally I do because I remove hats when I pray also.

Kris Meliet there are many times in the Bible where God condones hunting animals. He also commands the killing of animals many times in the Old Testament as a sacrifice, right there after he gives Moses the 10 commandments, one of which you wrote above.
