I made this with chia seeds instead of the psyllium husk and BOY did I straight up inhale it... I wanted to take a picture but it just looked and smelled so good lol. Thank you so much for this recipe Rahul! I often just save recipes, thinking "I'll make this some day", but as this video finished, I ran downstairs to make it lol. Keep up the good work! I’m not a fan of the ingredients in traditional sugar free pudding- maltodextrin, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, etc. I used the clean version by Simply Delish and it worked really well! This was honestly so good, you’re a genius 😀

Hi Heather I made up almost fat free sugar free cheesecake sugar free lemon curd on top I even made the fat free cream cheese out of ff Greek yogurt I made it for Christmas and no one knew it! I only used 3 egg yolks the only fat. I am loving rahuls recipes he is so me I’m always making up recipes like this I used to do hcg diet once a year and boy when you can’t have any fat talk about experimenting lol I didn’t even look yet if he did the crème broule yet !

tip for cracking eggs: don't crack on the edge of a bowl, but on a flat surface, like a counter so there's a nice even crack. then put both thumbs near the crack, stick one into the crack to break it open more, and pull both sides of shell apart. best of luck on your egg-cracking journey

All these recipes have the same ingredients mostly , just ratios that can make or break.. Thank goodness...👌 I also need casein powder bad...I made the brownies and they were dry because of whey...happy baking Rahul!! Glad my idea is 1 you like..

Haha yes I do read these comments and yes it is! Cream of tartar helps things whip up and get to stiff peaks, but it isn’t absolutely necessary

Tapioca starch or ground flaxseed are ideal substitutes for baking. Tapioca is also a thickeners so is more likely to best sub the corn flour
