@ not a smart comment at all: Traxxas are also built in China, just to a higher quality standard. And that's the thing, you can buy awesome Chinese products and also cheaply made crap. You just need to do your research what buys you what.

I had one of those and the same problems plus I blasted the front and rear diff within minutes. The rear brace broke and two of the rims just split. It looks much better than I think that it is.... let's see what you can get out of this 😘

Surely I’m not the only person who knows why that shaft came out obviously because that rear chassis brace was broken and allowing flex in the chassis enough for the shaft to come out of place

With the cheaper made alloy chassis, they can have a slight flex to them, and since the chassis brace mount broke it was able to flex to far for the short dog bone shaft

There's no doubt about it, this truck is the same as the ZD Racing Pirates 3. There are parts available for the Pirates 3 and can also use parts from the Pirates 2, both 1:8th scale. The only difference between the Pirates 2 & 3 is the upgraded metal parts and those huge ass tires on the Pirates 3. Typical of a ZD Racing product to break during the first run, LMAO!!! I noticed your Pirates in the box, on the floor, I assume it's there for spare parts, so dig in bro... they're not worth buying new parts for them as the cycle never ends!!!

Maybe the shaft came out because the rear brace was broken, to much flex in the chassis. Good idea with the fuel tubing or O rings to keep the shaft in place. Cool video 👍🏻😂

It was broken out of the box, you could see the whole thing flex when it was dropped and the shock tower was tilted in.

Yes it's very cheap for 1/8 scale..and maybe not for hard bashing..but if you new to rc, this is your first big rc, and plays nicely, not as hard as kevin here, i think it will hold..

My Pirates 3 brace mount broke in the same manner. That's one of the only few parts that are not available as a spare part. No mention of it on the user manual parts list.

I baby all my RCs, even my cheapest ones. I love tinkering around with my RCs and making them faster but hardly ever ramp them. I Iove how this rich dude can destroy whatever he feels like and laugh it off. Some folks have all the luck in life

Those Chinese RC's are pretty cool... for the price, but I still think Traxxas (or Arrma) beats all Chinese brands on one thing: parts availability. I'm currently dumping all my Chinese RC's (JLB Cheetah, DHK Maximus, WLtoys stuff, etc.) just for that reason only. I really don't want to wait two weeks or more for parts... if you can actually find them. Traxxas parts are widely available on the same or next business day. Really too bad, because there are some very cool Chinese RC's out there. Might keep my HBX Rampage tho. :-)

You should buy a drone clone x pro limitless for recording in the air. It's got a 4k camera with a lithium ion 2800 MaH battery. Mine works great, and it has SOOO many features to play around with

I'd say the driveshaft falling out is a result of the shock tower/chassis brace failing. U shouldn't need a driveshaft spacer if that was repaired. anyways really rate your videos dude!! watching from Townsville, Northern Queensland in Aus 🤘 just pulled the trigger on a new 6s Kraton and the Infraction just waiting for them to arrive. Planning on upgrading the transmitter to a higher end Specktrum asap.
