cold fatty batter. shortening or butter would work, when it's warm it would be like pancake batter, but cold it would be solid. Constant tossing made sure there was fresh batter on all sides and he spun it until he could barely feel any dough left.

@@TnT_F0X not really, it is likely a stretchy dough and the one they use is the "sweet rice" type, they are what is used to make mochi as well so you can stretch it way further than anything else made with other rice or wheat flour.
