We (Argentinians) have that "Milanese". When it's made with chicken it's called "Suprema", our version is thicker. And you can ask for "Suprema a la Napolitana" this version is like Pizza. It's like an upgraded version showed in the video. This meal is Messi's favorite.

This "elephant ear" piece of meat looks really amazing, because its so thin. I think I would enjoy it with lemon, to make it a bit lighter, and only with a salad on the side (so without the pasta, the risotto and the ossobuco).

Im Italian and I love milanese but I must admit im a little disappointed that they didnt spruce it up. I get that they are showing milanese in its pure simplicity but the salad? This is why Italian food is starting to get the reputation of being plain which it can be if we keep trying to show things in their simplicity,
