Isopods are very interesting creatures! they are probably considered as living fossils ! Как мясо ракообразного, являясь белком, не может представлять ценности? Большие ракообразные могут быть жестковатыми, если их переварить, так как мясо теряет при долгой термической обработке плазму, т.е сушится. Многих непричастных смущает внешность этого рака, а так аборигены едят его в больших количествах
