Love the hunting catching crabs with bare hands underground, fishing for them in the river.. Cooking and eating is a draw card. It took us with you as we are sitting in our lounge watching. Awesome vedio from New Zealand

Down south we use the same method with bait on a line for yabbies, hand net comes in handy to scoop them up when you get them in close. Easiest way to catch crabs land based is with a hoop net though just chuck em out like a frisbee. We also rake for crabs but I guess you don't wanna do that with crocs around 😂 .

Matt check into those kamikoto knives being a scam. I've never used them but I've heard a lot of talk about them not being as advertised. You can decide for yourself if it's something you want to promote.

The knife with the rectangular blade is a nakiri... generally used for vegetables... you also want to avoid using plastic chopping boards on those knives... i recommend you get yourself a good wooden chopping board to save the blade

God you’re lucky to live where you do! Catching muddies on the south coast of NSW is so much harder than it is for you! If I’m going out with a hook I might get 1 crab for 6 hours of searching. It’s all worth while for those lollipops though!
