I'm in a bad place right now and this video made me happy for a short time. Thank you! P.s. Seeing you handle this version of Gutts' sword makes me wonder how nimble one could get with one of the earlier lighter swords he uses.

I hope you're doing ok now man. We all have bad times. Depends on how they train and what style they want to use.

Happy New Years! It's good to see you still practicing showing it how it's really done! The fact you can keep doing those reps in that armor shows how much stamina you've actually built cause that thing is HEAVY! Out of curiosity do you exercise with regular strength equipment to supplement this training?

@@DaiSol89 Happy New Year Bryan! Hope you're doing great! Yes! I employ a wide variety of exercises to supplement this. I plan on puttin them all into my Colossus Form Manual this year!

I knew it could be done. I might suggest not attempting to stop something so heavy from hitting the ground till you get used to it. Work on pulling up after it's come to a stop on its own. If you develop elbow pain it's probably that.

@@ShawnJonesHellion Hey man! Happy New Year! I do agree that people who are new to training with Giant Swords should start light and work their way up. I started with a 5lb rebar and 7lb Zweihander years ago when I first started in 2017 after getting the Dragonslayer shipped to me. I've been working with this is in earnest now since 2021 so thankfully my body adjusts quickly, even after consecutive injuries from Buhurt. You'll see lots of improvement soon! Have a great one!

The estimated weight of the dragonslayer is 500lbs. Good luck with that.

@@TheTrueBobDole I'm fine with my 48lb version. It's a solid weapon. But hey, maybe in a powerlifting sport. ;)

@@DigitallyTwistedOutlaws1178 🙏 Sorry that weight was the estimated weight of the manga/anime sword. My bad 😅.

@@TheTrueBobDole No worries man. There are a lot more people making these swords now so they fluctuate in weight in real life. Kind of like the manga! lol
