@@skylined5534 In a kitchen, you'd just make 4 of them. The one our local pub does probably cooks a sirloin tip in a ceramic cast iron or a slow cooker with onions and mushrooms. Their gravy is incredible... I bet it has some beef tallow in that.

Those 6 make 4 of the large Yorkshire puddings. I suppose could cut down the restaurant to 1/4 if you are single and just use 2 eggs.

Does anyone know how to make a giant vegan yorkshire pudding? every time i try it just ends up looking like. biscuit and giant yorkshire puddings are the one thing i’ve been missing since going vegan 😭😭 any help would be appreciated!!

It says add 1/4 of the mixture so I'm gonna try this tonight with 1/4 of the ingredients and just pour it all in. I'm using 1 large egg because a quarter of 6 is 1.5. I'll let you know how it turns out.
