@uvwuvw-ol3fg Жыл бұрын
@Planet of the gibbons گیبون It has been said that they are serially monogamous due to reduced ability to form groups in thick forests and specific mode of food accusation. Probably depends on a specific socioecological environment (pan troglodytes (described as more despotic) proactive political games over status, fertile females and offspring compared to pan paniscus (described as slightly more tolerant) society based on playful prosociality/sociosexuality for promotion of group stability regardless of age and gender). Or human society after the agricultural/pastoral revolution leading to competitive possessiveness over private property (marriage, amatonormativity), inheritance, fertility cults, authoritarian monotheistic religions and maximization of birth rates regardless of ideologies such as antinatalism based on consent. Not sure about Trobrianders, Kaluli, Big Namba, Sambia people, Ache, Batek, Arapesh, !King San, Mosuo and all the extinct undocumented more or less egalitarian hunter-gatherer societies with different effects on epigenetic expression. Obedience to abstract laws and authorities in general population due to self-domestication syndrome according to the Goodness Paradox alongside the inter-male competition resulting in clandestine behaviour (cooperation maintenance hypothesis: not peer reviewed) is another factor in humans.

@@ernovincze2900 This is true, Apes, which include gorillas, chimpanzees and orangutans can't swim for the most part. Humans are the only apes that swim well. Gibbons are monkeys and most monkey species are good swimmers. I understand the difference between Apes and monkeys is apes have 12 ribs like humans and monkey do not. Pease don't ask how many ribs monkeys have because I haven't been able to get one to hold still long enough to count.

I like your video about Gibbons but no Gibbon swimming. I was hoping to see an ape who is able to swim. Because I have never seen one yet. Not an Orang or a Gorilla or a chimp. While there are some monkeys that can swim. Apes are supposed to be smarter than monkeys but I am not sure if Apes can swim, except us. My guess is that we should be able to teach an Orang baby to swim. Perhaps, this baby Orang will be showing other Orangs how to swim afterward.
