I have a 1952 All Gold Les Paul. I bought it 8 years ago for a song. It had a headstock repair which is why I could afford it. I tried for years to get next to the tiny frets and original tuners. I finally bit the bullet and re fretted it and put rerpo tuners on it. BEST THING I EVER DID! Play them! Thats why we have them

Definitely the best episode yet. A fine collection of guitars that are used to make great music. It was great to hear Rick Richard’s get a shout out. One of my all time guitar hero’s,also hearing the story of the haggis guitar was so good. I didn’t know the full story till now.
