Dude, that washout cave was awesome. Simply the best. I love places like that. Years ago I was living in Nevada. We hiked into a huge red sandstone slot canyon. Climbed up to a similar washout cave like yours and set camp. A rare small rainstorm came and the slot filled a couple feet deep with rushing water for a few hours. So cool. I’ll never forget it. Yours was so great and reminded me of that. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Be safe. Tight lines.

Hey mate, absolutely love your adventures 😁. Just thought I would let you know what I learned about the Samson fish turning to mush thingy... I am led to believe that it's not actually due to the worms that some of them do have (like that one of yours) which makes them turn to slush...it is a parasite not visible when filleted...and the only way you can tell if it has the parasite is by cooking it...apparently the heat causes certain enzymes to break down the proteins in the flesh...hence the mush...some have it, some don't..I am no expert so if anyone could enlighten us further on this that would be great. Thanks again for the awesome content...it's next level 👍👍👍

I’m not the type to spread hate and go back and forth arguing in YOuTube. For whoever loves their dogs as much as I love mine, I encourage you to learn about Botulism. A condition that causes paralysis in dogs. Most cases of botulism in dogs are caused by eating dead animals or contaminated raw meat. Clostridium botulinum that grows in/on meat can release the botulinum toxin into its surroundings, allowing the toxin to be ingested by dogs who eat the contaminated meat. When dogs eat contaminated meat, the toxin is absorbed by the intestines and enters the bloodstream. Botulinum toxin is then carried throughout the body, where it binds to nerve cells and causes paralysis.

Gido, what a beautiful spot to fish. Always amazing vlog. All the best to you and your extreme fishing.!! I wonder how long is the trip going down to the little cave.

Hi Gido, I missed you. Wonderful place this time, but damn what an effort, I've never seen you lose so many fish! I wish you the best and look forward to your next adventure.
