People are completely overreacting and they're missing the blindingly obvious, as once the cards actually become available there will be no excuse for any kind of buyers remorse, given we have access to all of the reviews! Even better, by the time they are "truly available" we'll likely have the Radeon reviews for direct comparison. Somewhat perversely I personally see the current lack of stock as a win for us (the consumer); so thanks for all of the hard work you're putting in to give us all this information, it's much appreciated.

Lol just kidding I completely agree, when they are available or even now when they aren’t and you’re just preordering a card you’ll want to know which cards to keep an eye out for or whether you even want to stick around for a 30 series card, reviewers like Nick and Klaire are just doing their job, if they don’t review something they may not get sent future products down the line, hopefully the d**kneads giving reviewers shit have calmed down by now but I still see a lot of comments, it sucks for all reviewers hi just want to release good content and when they do a banger of a job like Geer Seekers do they get blasted for it

I'd almost be tempted to buy one of these Eagle cards just to compare it to my Xtreme. Is it going to make an ounce of difference at 1440p if I have a 165 hz panel? aside from looks, which is a complete novelty, is it going to be a noticeable noise level?

Next time could we get more in depth reviews? Like what components they use (eg the MOSFETs) and put thermal probes on VRAM and MOSFETS so we can get an idea of how hot they get and if it's good

I dont get your comment 'you're not going to find them to be top-tier cards, but their balanced etc.." - but they're virtually silent and only 2-3% off the "top-tier" cards - i.e. STRIX or Xtreme 3080s. (i.e. is there even a market for "top-tier" given how equivalent all the cards run) How does the Eagle/Vision compare to the Xtreme in your opinion - looking at the benchmarks it seems only 2-3% due to the micro overclock?

I've got to admit I was moaning back in 2020 when people were reviewing all these cards that nobody could get their hands on, but now that I'm in the market for a 3080 I'm really glad these videos are around! But still, I don't even know if I'll buy one; paying 3/2 MSRP for an 18 month old card really sucks. Might wait until the 4000 series come out.

As a counter to those toxic comments: I find these reviews super useful. Sure, the cards' non-availability is super frustrating for me as for anyone else, but not the end of the world. Reviewers get their review samples because the manufacturers' marketing team send it to them. The reviewers post their reviews because they get paid by you, the viewers, through views/ads, sponsorships. Not by Asus, Gigabyte, NVIDIA, AMD except when specifically mentioned. It is law. So if you don't like it, because the reviewers get their cards early ***due to above reasons***, don't watch it! It's so simple. No extra brain power needed. Unless clickbait-ey, the titles themselves indicate what videos will be about. Don't waste your time! Don't waste the creator's time and mental health by being a douche! Go do something else. Hug your kids. Give your pet its brushy-brushy time. Fix that wonky table. Install lights in the closet. Clean that filthy vacuum filter. Admire your work. Peace.

I was able to buy a Gigabyte Vision 3080 by standing/sitting/sleeping in a line outside out my local Micro Center. I have no concern about doing a review on the one I purchased, since I earned it in more ways than one (although my review will be 5 to 6 months later than the others). If/when I am able to get new GPUs sent to me by a vendor, I will also review them - without hesitation - since I earned it as my Channel has grown (hopefully). I suggest all the reviewers like yourself keep that in perspective - you obviously earned it. I think it does not help giving-in to the cancel culture and having to justify why you are doing the review. After all, with 'very few' exceptions all of you have earned it. I will leave that very few 'speculation' out there for now, since it is possible a minority have 'Sold-Out' and may not have truly earned it - consideration should be given to self-policing a little more and exposing that minor factor, since doing so would make it so much easier for the majority with integrity.

Have you ever looked at the PC's you build on your channel? It's why I subscribed. Your builds are aesthetically brilliant. I'm building my dream PC based on one of your recent builds and paying more money to have RGB memory, RGB 8 pin power and RGB fans. Just very much seemed hypocritical to say that. If that's the way you feel all your builds should be in cases with metal sides, mesh fronts and no RGB fans. Oh... wait that won't get you views. The vision looks good but the 3080 gaming oc did a little bit better and $100 less so I choose that card. My card get 2nd place not bad.
