Jaren better than ja is crazy. Jaren is good at both sides of the ball fasho but ja makes the game easier for his teammates and everyone he plays with gets better when he’s on the floor
@trueprophets470418 сағат бұрын
@@jaybucket2374🤣🤣 what do you think being the defensive player of the year does lol. The numbers with Jaren are off the charts. The Grizzlies damn finish with a top 10 defense and they didn’t have no one but Jaren consistently every game. Jaren literally has one weakness or two and that’s rebounding which is not really a weakness and passing. Morant has a bunch of weakness. You see how you only mention offensive side of the ball. Well Jaren offers elite skill on both sides

This segment should remind everyone that none of these guys know anything about basketball. Ball is constantly hurt, and Morant is hurt whenever he’s not suspended. Neither of them has sniffed an NBA Finals while Luka had better numbers than either of them, has been to TWO CFs AND an NBA Finals. If either of them actually stayed healthy (and eligible), you could have a serious debate. But if you pick either one you better have the best backup PG in the league or you’ll be a lottery pick every year.

Ja Morant couldn't ein shit with Hornet's but if you drop Lamelo in the Grizzlies team they are a top 4 team INSTANTANEOUSLY.

When Ja came it was only JJJ here fans wanted him traded away til Ja got here. Ja ppg and minutes are low because he improves the team. Not saying Melo is incapable but we haven’t seen it yet af far as team success

Ja has advanced once through the 1st playoff round in his career. LaMelo hasn't been healthy for 2 years.

Agreed 10000% with Rashad per usual. But I see Gil’s point. I’m glad everyone ain’t agreeing all the time; would be an awful show if that was the case.

They apparently don't think about the defensive side of the ball...cus Mello don't see Ja on that side of the ball And not to mention Ja is playing in the Western Conference against real comp for majority of the season, where Mello is playing who in the Eastern?

"I like shooting" such a horrible way to judge who is better. 😂
@1994TrillКүн бұрын
It doesn’t sound good but no it’s not. The ability to shoot is absolutely a game changer. A wider range of offense. Steph is an all time great almost entirely due to his ability to shoot.

Gil, I got an idea. Why don’t you have once a week a barbershop episode where you guys are getting a haircut while discussing basketball… but y’all need some barbers who are going to contribute to the conversation… that episode would be off the chain!
@the2ndamendment2 күн бұрын
Melo's exciting and talented and puts up numbers but his team has twice as many losses as wins. I'm sorry you can't be the best PG in the game if that's the case. At least play your team to near .500 doesn't even have to be exactly .500 why is it so taboo to say his play doesn't translate into winning enough? This generation is too soft

Gil flip flopping because he used the "force fed" argument AGAINST David Robinson when he dropped 70 to win the scoring title against Shaq. He said it wasn't a "real" 70.
