A lot of people didn’t actually WATCH lakers games the last couple years and it shows. Had they watched they would understand why darvin ham was in fact a terrible coach the same problem the bucks are having right now is how it was with the lakers they were great on defense but absolutely shitty on offense, it was stagnant no movement and totally reliant on their two starts to make something out of nothing and that’s exactly how the bucks are currently

I think, if the team was mentally intact and still bought in to him he would be there. But sometimes you need fresh blood.
