Yes I agree. I actually never saw this awards ceremony but wow I am glad I saw it now. It actually makes me feel very young because my kids are so into the X Files that I find myself loving the X Files all over again and thank god for Chris Carter and his other wonderful writers and directers (who should have got more awards than they did.)

Thx SOOO much for taking the time to upload the whole VT- I've seen various clips before & it was such a treat to see it all. It's so clear that D&G had an intimate relationship at some point but contractually they weren't allowed to have a personal relationship. Watch the clip with no sound & observe their body language-as one! D took G to the awards that night because she'd just split from her husband so at this time they were both single!!!

You are right, I do think the same. It seems like love in her eyes, smile and behaviour when she turns to him. There is somewhere a short interview at KZbin where she not deny to have had a relationship with David Duchowny. This had been around 1996/97 before David married Tea Leoni. In interviews both sometimes also were telling about the special energy between them. I guess they always had some special relationship but not as a couple for longer time.
