This is on Rob pelinka that small line up doesn’t work against teams with big front courts. The wolves embarrassed the nuggets last year because they played big, KAT isn’t better than Davis he just had other bigs to help him but because Rob isn’t doing his job he has Davis looking like a bum. The lakers worst lost this season has come from big front courts cavs, magic, and nuggets. They get out rebounded every time because when Davis is at center a lot of times he’s getting pulled away from the basket. Idk why they refuse to get a big to put next to Davis you had a formula and you threw it in the trash. Davis is not a center he’s a pf who can play small ball center. You don’t see Gianni’s playing center just because he’s 6’11 just like Davis when he’s at the 4 he becomes the team’s ultimate help defender and can roam around while another big is protecting the rim

I'd need to look up the results, but I feel like when Jokic goes for 40+ ish points, the Nuggets are in a bad spot more often than not. If I'm an opposing team, I'd much rather see Jokic with 45, 15rebs and 4 ast than with 25, 15 and 12. With the latter you are almost guaranteed screwed, when he has to score a lot, you've done your part as a defence.

And when he played Tim Duncan he looked blow average... Hell, rooking year he was not even starter... He was not the player he is now. He was 24yo in the conference finals after game 7 in first and second round. Even then he averaged 22p 7r 5a 2s. Did Dwight give him problems, yes and no. It was Dwight or JaVale plus AD and that is a problem for anyone. But Dwight was there next year, in LA it wasn't the same story, it was more like BBQ chicken.
