I worked and lived in Notts for 7 years...this used to be the normal stomping ground...haven't been to the city centre for couple of years now...its made me all homesick and nostalgic.!!! Love your videos ... what a beautiful idea x have subscribed.

Went Tuesday 16th December. Ordered a couple of gifts that will be delivered soon. Got my selection of cheeses off the stall shown, 7 truckles for £25... bargain. You asked about progress in Christmas shopping... well here just waiting for 3 items from Amazon then complete. Good shop just on main high street for people that like stuff that smell nice... Lush shop with plenty of bath fizzes, soaps, etc.... you can always smell the shops before reaching them. MERRY CHRISTMAS one and all and all the best for 2022

Nottingham is a lovely town, but I never been during their Christmas Market, unfortunately. I feel kinda bummed about never visiting during the holidays, but walking with you makes it seem that I'm there! She's a lucky girlfriend to receive such a beautiful scarf from you! It looks like you didn't need a scarf this day, the weather looked amazing! Thanks again for the invite to see another Christmas market. They're putting me into the spirit! :)

Lovely video, Leeds did a Christingle market outside the town hall mostly food from Europe. As a Yorkshire man forget about the Yorkshire pudding wraps as unless they have improved them you buy one and that will be the last.

I understand what you say about Yorkshire pudding. The real stuff is in Yorkshire. In a pub in Knaresborough, I met a fellow Canadian who lived in Toronto. I live on the west coast on Vancouver Island, and the second biggest city on the Island is Nanaimo, famous for Nanaimo bars - chocolate etc. She told me she makes and sells Nanaimo bars but she changes the recipe. I told her she can no longer call them Nanaimo bars. Some things are sacred.
