I had the Ginean Phaser which wasn't doing anything until I messed with the trim pots. It seems fairly clear to me though that these are the same pedals from the same factory but for some reason ended up being labelled differently. Chinese domestic market perhaps? the DOD ones seem to have a similar amount of reports of faults so I'm not sure if it's specifically a "Ginean" thing that these pedals have QC issues.
