This Cake/Pudding is soooo yummie, Gemma!! We just had it for our New Years lunch. Since I do not have a crock pot(actually never heard of it before) I used my clay pot, halfed your receipe and baked it at 150 degr C for around 90minutes. It is delicious! Thank you for sharing this amazing receipe :-)

I think for me,I will try make this pudding again, but not in the slow cooker. We made it too far In advanced and the sauce had thickened up. Oven for me I think😊 My husband enjoyed it but ,issued that crunch the oven provides. You know what I mean.
