The veggies cutting sounds so satisfying. The deep frying of the potatoes first is a great technique I like. I am always used to big cuts of beef in stew but I am here for the ground beef. It reminds me a little of chilli con carne. Good putting in that piece of butter this has to be so delicious 🤤
