Tip: daily walks (even if it's with your dog ) in the sun for 10 minutes a day!! Vitamin D and walking is underrated for your physical and mental health.

Simple things like this make a crazy difference. I didnt realize how much moving your body and being outdoors helped until I was going thru PPD

I think some people sleep TOO much. A sleep schedule / routine for waking or going to bed is important.
