Just to quickly add to the “raze the bikini area” question: having hair down there is 100000% normal and it’s suppose to be there, it has a reason hence it existing. It acts as a barrier to prevent bacteria from going inside you. Removal of hair down there only became popular in 90s due to the adult film industry. If you prefer being hairless down there then you do you but please remember that there is nothing gross or unnatural of having hair down there ☺️

I'm also a small boob lady and I totally have to agree that stopping with the padded pushup bras everyday helped me so much to get more comfortable with them. It's a pretty brutal treatment and looking back it was far worse than the symptoms from my endometriosis, so definitely not worth it in my case! x

Menstrual cup tips!! 1) keep trying. It took me a few periods to nail it. There were a lot of midnight calls to friends freaking out because I couldn’t get it out 2) if you feel like it’s stuck, take an hour before trying to remove again. Take a bath or shower and relax. Try to take it out an hour or two before it must be out just to give yourself wiggle room lol 3) same thing with insertion. If it’s not going in take a break and try again later 4) do your kegels. Sometime using your muscles to help push out the cup helps a lot ❤️ good luck everyone with your menstrual cup adventures. I’ve been using it for five years now and will never go back to pads and tampons

Tips: I find the easiest way to get it in is using the “punch down” fold and aim towards the back, then feel around to see if it has opened fully then pull on the little tail bit and if you feel a suction then it’s probably open properly. (Remember you won’t get a perfect circle depending how you’re sitting/ standing) If you’re a beginner take it out in the shower it will be easier as you can do all the angles to get it out ;) if anyone has anymore questions feel free to drop them here! Good luck!💖🙌

For the bikini shaving stuff - moisturise!!! It seems so weird, but it really does help (with waxing too). For the menstrual cup - I use a bit of lube to help it go in, fold it up per the instructions, and then make sure it's fully opened out and high enough. It can be a bit messy and grim, but making sure it's in place stops any leaks! I just circle it with a finger, if I feel it still folded or dented, I give it a wiggle with the little pull out thing, and that usually sorts it out. But it's a thing you gotta practice for sure!

The thing that has helped my period pain after many years was actually reusable/washable pads and a menstrual cup. I have a frozen shoulder just now and can't use my cup so went and got regular towels and my period pains are back. The disposable pads and tampons have chemicals in them that can cause the pain. It really is worth trying to switch, for your body and the environment. There are lots of menstrual cup pages on facebook, and also the put a cup in it quiz helps you know what cup could be best for you.

I have blemished/acne prone skin but it’s also dry and flaky. So in terms of the tea tree range I can’t use many of the products as it makes my dryness worse, however the tea tree spot on solution (the last product Soph used in the range) works so well for dry blemished skin as you only apply it to the specific blemished area. So if you’re like me and struggle with blemishes and acne but also dry skin I would recommend trying it!

Been with my boyfriend since I was 16, I am now turning 19 in a couple of months. We met in school & despite differences (I do A-Levels and am off to uni in Sept, he does an apprenticeship 9-5 6 days a week), we have grown together & I can’t wait to see what the future brings for us 💕

As someone with stage4 endo, I recommend an IUD! Not having a monthly helps the cramps a ton, it’ll also help your body built blood supply if you became anemic

Interesting you brought up endometriosis. I am actually having surgery for it this coming week. So I definitely understand excruciating pain. And have sympathy for anyone else going through it. I absolutely love you and your videos.

My husband and I have been together since we were 15 and got married at 18. We just celebrated our 15 year anniversary in July. It is definitely not an easy thing to do but if you love each other and are willing to work hard on the relationship, you can definitely be with your first love for the rest of your life! That’s the plan anyways 🥰 love you Soph💕

I’m 22 and married, my love isn’t my first boyfriend but we have known each other and been friends since 8th grade so the speed of our relationship made sense for us.

i really loved this video!! i felt like i was hearing a friend talking. And that part about living with your boyfriend is so true. I have been dating for 9 months now but when we were 6 months into the relationship, we got to spend an entire month together, almost 24/7 together and i think it only made our relationship better. We didn't fought at all, we just had little bickering about house stuff but other than that was amazing. It just made me more excited for the future!!

it took me six months total to get used to my menstrual cup so i’d say don’t give up!!!! a big step for me was actually learning my anatomy . it’s very common for the cervix to move during menstruation (mine does which is why i struggled for so long...) so you have to take that into consideration. also sounds odd but try using your non dominant hand !

Preach about the period pains, I'm currently trying to get the surgery to confirm endometriosis as the pains make me pass out they're that bad. GIRLS MAKE A FUSS & DON'T BE SILENT👏👏👏👏

I know this sounds silly since its a normal thing but making sure you change your bed sheets/quilt cover/pillows once/twice a week really does help getting rid of acne on your body xx

I can recommend put a cup in it for tips and help with menstrual cups. They also have a quiz to help you find the right cup.

My husband and I dated for two years from the end of high school to halfway through my degree before we got married when I was 19! We chose not to live together before we got married and I’m glad we waited. We’ve now been married for 11 years and it seriously has gotten better and better and better ❤️ it really is the absolute best!
@jenniferyoung89774 жыл бұрын
I will say that we were extremely close friends for a long time before we got physical in any way and I think that was really important because the chemicals your body releases when you start getting physical with someone majorly skew your judgment on whether they are a good person or a good fit for you. Just my two cents ❤️

if you use a menstrual cup, make sure the little suction holes (normally there are four around the top) are completely clean!! also i would recommend a c fold (google it) and holding onto the bottom and twisting it upwards so it pops open.
