Thank you for posting. Girlschool has dropped this hit from their set. Kim's guitar should have been turned up a bit. But it brought back many memories from the road.

"Right before Enid left the band. Kim & Kelly are wearing the same outfits as on the Screaming Blue Magnificent photo session. Exceptionally good."

Kim is compulsive viewing. Pretty, talented, charming and rocks hard. Kick arse girl.

This must have been one of the last things filmed with Enid Williams before she left, as the official video of this song has Gil Weston on bass. This is probably early 1982.
@Guitarzzzzzzz17310 жыл бұрын
I was wondering that myself. Or if this was a song written early on that didn't get recorded until later.
@StarZendonna16879 жыл бұрын
protobishi Enid Williams left the band and Don't Call It Love was recorded again for the album Screaming Blue Murder with new bass player Ghislaine 'Gil' Weston and new vocal tracks.

It was January 1982 on their first Japan tour. I went to a concert at that time, right in front of Enid in 2nd row. Yeah Right they played was pretty awesome.

They have 3 videos for DCIL. Two taped on live Japanese TV, Jan. '82 with Enid; her last month before her first exit. The 3rd vid. has Gil & Kim w/out her guitar.
