It’s still disheartening when something I cook doesn’t turn out so great but I try not to give up and I’ll make the dish again after looking at different ways to make the same dish.Tq for your lovely useful tips.

Ma'am, your tips are as usual very handy and helpful. At the same time,. I appreciate how you have planned the tips thereby, both demonstration as well as the work for next session is nearly over. I would just like to share one tip which i regularly follow. Whenever i heat the tava for dosa, i spread out the flour while keeping the flame in low. After that i raise the heat. This i do for every dosa thereby the heat gets regulated and i get golden brown dosas every time. I hope this also helps people who are trying.

Excellent piece of advice for everyone entering the kitchen. You should have mentioned "Nai Dosai' when making the first dosa. However, these days "Nai's or dogs nor crows" are not to be seen. Having suffered the overflow of fermented dosa, we started keeping a big "tambalam' under it and learned the hard way. Your advice on not wasting food and use leftovers is something which each one of us should practice.

Thank u this was an enjoyable n educational video . Ma'am can u please gv us your inputs on iron and cast iron pans which is much talked about these days. Moreover I tried using an earthen pot but did not like reusing it without using soap..so can u educate us on the usage of these pans as I am trying to move out all aluminium vessels gradually. Also if u can suggest which brands of pans to use as although I like Meyer the cost is high so wondering if we have any equivalent Indian brands of pans that are tried n tested. Pls do one video on the usage of different pans for cooking and storing ..I see u store curd in steel ..we grew up being told no metal for curd as metal interacts with curd use glass containers.. etc...so would love to hear from you on ths topic too. Thank u in advance n have a lovely day.
