Guiliani was disbarred from working as a lawyer, & also sued for defamation for his lies about the two election workers. Trump’s not a lawyer but was successfully sued for defamation by E Jean Carrol for his lies about her. There’s no law in your country stopping lies for political purposes. Both Trump & Giuliani are facing criminal charges but we’re seeing that the US system can’t hold him to account in a timely way, before the next election.

When a high profile lawyer like Giuliano is completely discredited, does this bring his past trials and convictions as a prosecutor into question? When I look at his organized crime trials, I always thought that these trials were unfair because the defendants were presented as “known criminals” and would be found guilty regardless of the evidence. I don’t know that the trials were unfair, however many of the trials of gangsters are often biased towards the State because the defendants are presented as criminals, so they’re PROBABLY guilty . And the STATE is always telling the truth. I thought throughout those trials, things were heavily biased against the defendants.
