I always have them hidden cause it gives me anxiety seeing them all over the desktop, i rather use PowerToys Run to launch any app or simply pin them to task bar. Another option is Fences which is app to organize icons and hide them with a double click anywhere in the desktop.

Been there bro. Thankfully the start menu exists, I just put everything there categorized into folders kinda like an app drawer. Now my PC feels like a glorified android phone 😂

IMO Wallpaper Engine is still better, because it's more advanced (and You can even make a wallpaper and save it to the Steam Workshop to use it later or let people download it), but I am positively surprised how this turned out. Looks great.

Remember it takes RAM when startup so low specs PC may effected the most here. I do this kind of setup before on my old laptop and I can notice how slow it be even it looks different.

Hmpf, I actually did that since Windows 98 SE, and it was waaaaay easier done back then. You would just download Sasami video player, switch it to "desktop mode", which is basically borderless window with "stay below all windows" modifier, and set it to play any .mpg file you choose and repeat it infinitely. Voila!

I need help on something. The clock and music player appeared to be of lower resolution, and after some tweaking, I figured out it was because of my display scale at 150%. So I turned it to 100% scaling and the clock and music player now no longer looked stretched, however it made my taskbar so small and I dont like it either. Any tips on what should I do?
