I‘m also so in love with Gjons Song - Switzerland is definitely my winner!❤️🇨🇭 I think this song is very atmospheric, mystical and powerful like Répondez Moi was, but at the same time a bit more commercial due to the uptempo part in the second half of the song. I think his chances of winning are very high since its currently number 1 in the betting odds. However, Sweden, Malta, Azerbaijan and Island have not yet released their songs and they could still change the game. So let‘s wait and see what they will bring but i‘m hoping for a Swiss victory this year!🏆

This was so beautiful and impressive. "Repondez Moi" was one of my favorites last year, and I thought there was a really good chance he would win. Most of the returning artists have been pretty underwhelming so far, but this is as good if not better. Like you said, it is really hard to compare the two songs. The one thing you can say is that in both songs he uses the full range of his voice, and then some. One of the best, most controlled voices I have ever heard. I think with all the people that wanted him to win last year, and the quality of this song, he has a really good chance of winning this time around, and I would be more than pleased with that final result. This was such a beautiful, genuine reaction, Dan. I wish you had more reactions to this year's entries. I've really enjoyed all of them I've watched. I would be curious to see your reaction to Austria, and Vincent Bueno's version of "Amen."

Hi from Spain. I was also soooo impressed when I heard it mixed wih the video...I can understand so well the emotions you felt there. I can't assure he'll win because, although I've read many great critics about it, I don't know that much the atmosphere of this year in the contest. I've heard that he has competitors from other countries that could make his win more difficult but, honestly, for me, this is my personal winner no doubt. In fact, I wasn't even keen on following the contest this year, as I'm not the biggest fan and my interest oscillates depending on, like in this case, if I heard some song that motivates me. And he doesn't motivate me musically but artistically, with the whole sense of the word, emotionally, to a different level, and I reckon that's huge for an artist. And what I use to look for in an artist: character. I wish he could win, regardless of not representing my own country. Spain's song, in fact, speaking for myself, is really boring. So quite the opposite like this one, and that's what makes it more remarkable.
