Just a trivia: Prior to Regine becoming popular, part of her voice training was singing her lungs out while her body is submerged underwater I guess to develop. And strengthen her core when singing especially when singing those high notes. Back then her voice coach was her late father who trained her rigidly when she was actively joining singing contests. 😊

I watched her live. It is just unnaturally perfect. I cant believe how beautiful the sound coming out of her throat. Crystal-clear, like water flowing in a very clean, beautiful stream.

I have watched her too, whenever she was in Chicago in 2003, Songbird and the songwriter, 2005 -ever after , and 2009 Divas4Divas. It’s unreal. And even on Divas4Divas, the audience respond differently to her than the other singers. You can also tell that in that concert, they made Zsa Zsa’s mic louder and wetter, while Regines was more muted and dry, but no matter, people loved Regine’s voice and parts. It was amazing.

'SHINE' is such an endearing song ❤ The covers as done by Regine Velasquez and Morissette are indeed amazing. The original version of this song was performed by Ima Castro and it is also such a sweet rendition, which I also love a lot. There is a live version where Regine Velasquez, Ima Castro and The Company sung 'Shine' as they celebrated the song's 20th year at that time with the composer playing the keyboard.

🌄🌅🌞☀Regine's voice control, not just simple belting out of astronomical notes, is superb; honed for 3 decades of really topping the industry.. way before the other younger excellent singers like Morisette, Sarah, Angeline, Gigi and more. Lani Misalucha is also a legend at masterful voice control. Not only was she singing while seated; notice how far she holds the microphone from her mouth, as she belts out the stratospheric notes, yet it comes out so loud! Hope you guys get to meet our these biggest artists, as well the upcoming ones, and do collabs with them; and help hone the potentially big ones, & manage them. BTW, as Regine shines, you guys shine too, in doing great technical reviews, being in the music industry itself. Hope to bump into you guys somewhere in the Philipines! 🌞 Asia's Songbird is phenomenal! When she was younger she was asked why she can belt that high, she answered that her dad trained her to vocalize while her neck was submerged in the beach. it did take a toll on her as well. there was a time she lost her voice during her major concert... wverybody cried with her. but when she came back and re-did the concert it was magnificent . hope you can check it out as well.. God Bless.
