Replay is SHINee’s debut song, they debuted on 25 May 2008 so the live concert you reacted to was on 2015 (7 years after their debut), they and SHAWOLs hold the song dearly, we’re so proud of this song allegedly said as the best debut song ever. That’s why it’s so sentimental & emotional to them, Jonghyun cried almost in every concert, if I’m not wrong he cried here after he saw SHAWOLs holding up a note which made him cried. In this concert they toned down the dancing coz it’s almost the end of the concert that’s why they didn’t dance the actual choreography. They wanted to connect with their audience the SHAWOLs more than hitting the choreography. You could watch other Replay live performances to see the original choreography it’s quite dance heavy too.

All rise for the SHINee World Anthem! 🥰 💎 ETA: SHINee changed everything with their choreography. Groups danced before, but go watch the Replay dance practice to see what kind of splash SHINee made. Rino Nakasone is the choreographer! Jonghyun and Jinki are also singing live in the dance practice. If you want to hear a different version, check out SHINee In The House from SW3, or Replay from SW5. Fun fact, they also sang their debut live as LSM said they could do it. I can't know of a other group who did the same. LSM, founder of SM, based SM on Motown, hence the focus on singjng.

This song is very iconic and is considered one of the best kpop debuts! Many third and fourth generation groups have already covered it! 😁 About more elaborate choreographies, it was precisely SHINee who started the trend of groups having difficult choreography and singing live at the same time! Until then, when the dances were more elaborate, the groups did lip sync! Thank you so much for reacting to SHINee again!! Despite being a second generation group and next year they will be 15 years old, all the members continue to improve and shine as soloists as well as a group! I'm sure as soon as Taemin gets back from the army a big comeback will be made 😁💖💎✨

The video they played at the beginning of SHINee's "Replay" performance, which was from their SHINee World Concert IV (SWC4) in Seoul from 2015, is literally the TV footage from SHINee's debut stage from 2008, and it was their first appearance on TV. The dance you saw them doing at this concert was a less intense version of the original choreography. They chose not to dance full out because they perform "Replay" at every concert and almost every live appearance they ever do. So fans know the dance like the back of our hand and we don't need to see it every time. Therefore, to switch it up they kind of just freestyled this performance. SHINee never performs their songs the same way twice either, so each concert performance you watch you will see something new even with the same songs. "Reply" means so much to SHINee and Shawols that everyone was very emotional during this stage. If you pay attention to the audience you will see the audience are all holding up signs. So that is why the members, and especially Jonghyun, started to cry. The signs had messages of love to SHINee. Jonghyun is known for having a very soft heart and he was always the first one to cry. And when Jonghyun started to cry, that usually made Key also tear up, so they are the ones you will see cry the most at concerts and special moments. Those are not sad tears, they are happy tears because they are touched by the love of their fans. And, yes, of course they were singing live. SHINee doesn't know how to do anything else. :D I know for a fact that SHINee would have sounded exactly the same if they were dancing "Replay's"choreo full out. SWC4 in Seoul is one of their most popular and most Iconic of SHINee's official concert DVDs and it, as well as their previous concert SWC3 in Seoul, will be where you get the majority of your live concert performance requests from. Every single one of their songs from this concert will be requested by your viewers multiple times. You should really check out the full concert. Because to really appreciate just how magnificent SHINee is live, you have to see a full concert from beginning to end. Only then, will you really understand why they are legends. :D SHINee's first concert tour was way back in 2010/2011. The concert where they performed "Reply" that you just watched was part of their 4th world tour, so at that time they had already held dozens of concerts. That is why they looked like seasoned veterans on stage. They are old pros at this point. If you ever want to see a full concert, someone has reuploaded the whole concert DVD of SHINee World Concert IV in Seoul -- the whole 3+ hours -- and it even has English subs for all the parts where they interact with the audience, right in the video, kzbin.info/www/bejne/bIXOn4KCmtiImZY. It really feels like you are right there at this concert. It's not an official dance practice video because dance practice videos didn't become a thing until 2010 with SHINee's "Lucifer," but it is a real dance practice video from way back to SHINee's debut days. SHINee were literally the first group to ever release a dance practice video and they are the reason why Kpop groups produce dance practice/choreography videos today.

Following them from their debut... we were babies... they were babies, I was so into jonghyun from the beginning, I loved and love this song, it was the beginning ❤ Edit: they worked so hard, from their debut, he worked so hard... 2015 was the year I reborn, my first son was born that year, I felt happy, for the first time I felt good and in 2017 when my second boy was 5 months I cried out knowing he was gone, depression hurts so bad, it consume the little piece of soul u already have, I felt so bad, guilty, it hurts still, after all this time, it hurts every time someone lose the battle, now I need to cry for a while, to let it out, I'm already crying. 🦖

You should watch the original MV from 2008...its remastered now with captions....check it out....they were baby fetuses. Onew, Jonghyun, Taemin, Minho & Key.....5 amazing idols all in one group...the were FOR REALZ back then too!

Seeing Jonghyun crying and seeing this is from 2015 makes it even more emotional for me bc that is the year he decided to leave us. I am a very new Shinee fan so sometimes it's hard for me to watch old videos of them bc Jonghyun's beautiful voice is no longer making music. They truly are an amazing group and have persevered through a lot of things.

Kpop was created by Sm with the 1st gen in 1996. And yes Lee soo man studied in the US in the 70´s-80’s and after preparing he started kpop ! He is the founder of the kpop Industry. And seeing his first group being famous he kept on Shinee is actually in a contemporary band in a way that they were the Guinea pigs they learned they would debut 3 months before and had to tell no one. And they were the first to sing and dance live with as you know have the nickname cdnee I have their albums but I prefer the lives perfs it’s 1000% and Jong and Key are the ones who would say the 5 members want Jjong was the 1st artist to have the complete reins of his music from A to Z he also was the first to write for another « agency » But that was because around 2009-2010 they were involved in everything ! That’s why they are called the trendsetters they didn’t do songs that were popular but went for any type of musics not afraid to fail ! Like View in 2015 deep house wasn’t well known in SK but they didn’t anyway and got an all kill winning 8 times on music shows. And the lyrics are used in Korean classes for those who major in Korean not just to learn the language but in a way of using words to say something using a specific method and Jjong wanted to be a Korean teacher at first.
