Do we have to take off towels and capes after each section and put new ones on ? Or for the first part of the test we can keep the “towel cape towels” then change them when we get to haircut service ?

Our students use the same cape for eyelash, facial and waxing. They than change the cape into a Haircutting cape with neck strip for the haircut section. Followed by changing into towel cape towel for the chemical service, permanent wave , blowdry etc. For those sections they only change the top towel, but keep the same towel that’s underneath and the cape. Hope that helps. Also when in doubt you can change capes for each section if you prefer. Some students use disposable capes , it’s really up to you, as long as you are draping and making sure nothing is soiled.

Hi yes you can sanitize as much as you can, also notice how my hand never touched the actual trash bag each time.

Hi, I use real product , you'll be applying everything on a mannequin and you need very little of it , so you do not need to use anything super fancy or name brand, go to your local dollar store or use any products you may already have for the bottles. good luck!! let me know how it goes!

Yes that should be fine , and correct for the draping I would simply suggest changing the top towel .

So I know what I was taught was to just drape with a towel, and another towel to make a turban and a headband, never told to use a cape, is that okay? Also Im told to put on turban in the eyelash section and headband as well as towel on neck, (I’m sure also to switch out towels) I have 2 capes in total, one for hair cutting and one for chemical services..hope this makes sense

For the creams you can find small jars in the travel department of any store.. you can put actual Product inside the bottle or water . And the cotton rounds can be inside a ziplock bag no problem 😊🍀🍀🍀

Hi it was never the eye brows maybe it looked that way because it’s on a mannequin but it’s removing makeup from the eyelid (eyeshadow) . Hope this helps

Do we need a shower cap or is the hair clipped back, out of the face, sufficient? Also, can we clamp our trash bags? My school had me using the same bag labeled as "Trash" for each section and was just sitting on the edge of our section. That never made sense to me. I would rather use a large trash bag instead for all of them combined.

Like for the monomer section I was taught to just flip it over and had it labeled trash. I would zip and unzip the bag as needed to throw items away. Same went for all the sections...Do they prefer we just bring one large bag?

Everyone is trained different with the same goal in mind , for you to pass, if you have already been trained by your school/instructor do not let the video confuse or put you in doubt, if all of you classmates are passing their test please do everything the way you have been trained by your school 💗💗

I would say okay, except I wasn’t there long and I don’t know of anyone that tested and passed. Like do our combs and clips/brushes etc, just get thrown in the bag. Are they not in their own separate “pre sanitized implements” bag or do we put that label on the whole bag and they can just be thrown inside. Napkins can just be thrown in the bag? Do they need their own bag? I asked my school 100000000 questions and every instructor said something different and contradictory to the instructor before them. That’s why I am asking so many questions. I test in a week and I’m trippin. I don’t trust my school to have taught me correctly.
