Hi Gabi, I’ve learned so much watching your channel and I’m slowly integrating your ideas into my life. Your hair is absolutely stunning. I have thin hair as well. It’s embarrassing at my age of 48 that I still don’t know how to take care of my hair. I’ve had a few surgeries and now going through menopause my hair is thinning. It used to be so thick. I never thought I would have this problem. I’m struggling to get my hair to grow. I have fine and extremely curly hair. I use very hot tools for drying and styling. My difficult hair struggle is maintaining the color on my roots -seems like the roots grow out super quick and the related struggle is keeping the hair softness way after coloring the roots. I love how my hair looks and feels after my roots are colored. But after about the 3rd/4th wk my whole head/hair color is so dingy and texture isn’t silky or soft. Great video Gabi…as always!!! Love to be introduced to new products and lines. I tried having my hair hi-lighted for the first time ever and it just turned “brassy” looking, even with toners. Didn’t like at all, so decided to go back to my darker brown color. I love this channel & everything to inform us on! I struggle daily with fine thin ironing board straight hair! I love my natural color but that is it! I have taken tips from here & they have help. But as a 50 year old woman my fine thin hair is loosing the luster, vibrancy & any body that I am lucky to find! On top of that my scalp is drying out just like my skin, it happens with age! Hi Colleen I had the very same issue for years t tried everything and nothing worked. . I was wondering if you wash your hair each day. I stopped that and my scalp is healthy again. I follow Gabi 's double washing and I also follow the Blowout Professor ....he is all about making hair healthy and scalp too. I follow both of them ....my scalp no longer itches and my hair is becoming healthier. I wash no more than 2x per week. I wash and style and it lasts me 3 days .....reducing heat so better for hair.

Hi Gabi. You rock. I'm so glad I found you months ago. Thanks for the work you do. You're professional and talented and likeable I had thick wavy hair that I blow-dry with a round brush. Since a young girl. In hindsight it was pretty great hair (except in humidity). And I guess I took it for granted. Until I began to lose it. Didn't even know what was happening actually. Thought stylists were thinning it out and that's why my bangs and temples were thinning. Until a person close to me told me it was hairloss. We see what we want to see as a protective mechanism. Thinking I was a person losing their hair was too difficult to process. But it's happened and it humbles you. I know you understand this. Coupled with that, I've experienced what you're going thru (in ref to your video called 'Im not doing ok.' Not because of my hair loss ; ) Life's hard my frien. Btw 37 was an AMAZING age. As are the 40s and 50s. You'll see. As you age you won't care as much about the jealous unhappy idiots who send you hateful comments. Pity them. I'd love to get these Lador products you promoted. I tried Monat and really liked the condition of my hair but then I started loosing a ton of hair in the shower. I finally had to realize it was related and I went back to a salon shampoo. The shedding completely stopped but now I don’t like the texture as much. I have very fine hair but it’s thin around the hairline. I’m just constantly struggling to find the right products that give my hair volume but also make it healthy. I’m glad I found your channel since you understand the fine wavy hair struggle!

Excellent tips! My biggest lifelong issue is my hair doesn't grow past my shoulders. And I don't know why. I take good care of it - I do oil massages (I combine castor and rosemary), use really good shampoo and conditioner, use hair masks, rarely use heat, sleep on a silk pillowcase, use silk scrunchies, never tie it when it's wet or sleep or brush it when wet, I take vitamins and eat healthy, but despite all my efforts it doesn't grow and I'm truly at a loss 🤷

My hair is curly and looks just like yours when it's wet. Last year I had it lightened and it has been a huge struggle to get it back to the soft natural hair I used to have. I love to wear my hair straight, but with the lightened (mostly top) layers, it's dry and dull looking, so I've had to limit the heat to only once a week. I love all of your videos. Your tips have helped me so much. I wish I could bring your videos to a hairdresser and ask her to watch you BEFORE touching my hair. 😄

This is awesome advice! I do basically everything you said and my hairs in really good shape even though it’s strongly processed. I love your channel and content so much and you are awesome ❤❤❤ I must say I struggle to resist using my hair straightener on the highest heat of 410. It’s hard but I can get pretty similar results if I put a lot of effort and precision especially into the blow dry, and take longer straightening each section. Even in the mid 300s temps! I hope this helps someone out there

At 71 years old, I’m experiencing thinning (of already thin hair) and had highlights to blend with gray about 6 months ago. The stylist damaged my hair terribly. I’ve been using a hair mask, leave-in conditioner, and it continues to break off. So frustrated, that I think about shaving my head and starting all over! Not sure what that might look like. Now I’ll try the Lador treatment! Thanks Gabi for informing us, guiding us and giving hope to this old lady’s hair…just trying to keep it healthy!💞
